Periwinkle

Ahhh...Look at that fresh coat of Periwinkle. (A few of us are still sportin the color under our cuticles) Five of us were able to make it out last weekend to help out a woman who needed her house painted. Besides a few minor set backs (only a few cans of paint were spilled, only about half of us fell off of a ladder, some more graceful then others, and only one car battery died. It turns out a car can't play music for 6 hours strait running a 800 watt amp. Who knew?) Anyhow, we finished all but part of the awning before we ran out of paint, so if you want to help finish off the rest of the house just let us know. A few of us will be heading back over in the next couple weeks.

If you want to start thinking ahead, Saturday June 3rd we are doing a "Ecological Restoration Project" at MHCC. It is 2 weeks before finals, so don't even try and use that as an excuse. Also, it would be awesome if you could work at least one shift for the spring club fair (aka. "Rites of Spring") into your schedule. It is Monday-Thursday in the main courtyard from 11:00-1:00. Feel free to stop by for however long, or little, you can on any, or all, of the days. It is a good opportunity to show Mt Hood that we have a presence on campus and what we are all about. We are going to be selling sno-cones too, so we need some extra hands.
